Branson at Christmas

Chad's mom and dad took the Ware's to Branson for a few days before Christmas. It was beautiful. I have never been to Silver Dollar City or the Dixie Stampede so, Harry and I were both excited about our new experience! Silver Dollar City had a beautiful light display, parade, and a very cool lighting of the tree. We missed the shows because it was so cold!

The show was absolutely wonderful! The babies could not take their eyes off the all the excitement! I thinke everyone enjoyed this trip! Thank you Mimi and Papa for a fantastic time! It was just the thing to get us in the spirit!

Happy Birthday Harry

We decided that this year was too chaotic to have a big party for Harry so, we thought we would just limit it to family at mom and dad's house. Since Harry loves football we decided to sprinkle a little football into the party. He loved having guests to help him open is gifts!
He especially loved his hat from Papa!

Harry with his 3 cousins! Are they not adorable! Look at those bows!
Dean or Cooper eating with Bobo, Bobo is not afraid to feed kids junk!

Harry had a very happy birthday and is very thankful for his family who came to celebrate with him!

Dean Christmas December 21st

We had a wonderful time at Grandmother and Granddad's for a Dean Christmas celebration! Harry always enjoy the excitement at their house! As you can see there is always a ball game going on, even in the mist of unwrapping gifts!

Harry chased this dog forever! Easy entertainment!
He has this obsession with Stone and Slade, he wants to follow them and help them unwrap their gifts too! They were so sweet to Harry!

PayPay

PayPay(AKA Payton) is on of our VIPs! We adore him! He is Harry's best friend since he was 8 months and is the smartest 2 year old I have ever seen in my life! He can do a puzzle without the nobs in 2 minutes flat! GENIOUS! Pay Pay for President! His parents are pretty sweet too.PayPay came to play on Saturday and boy did we have a ball! We can't wait for him to come back!

Paypay had a fun party! We decorated balloons, played pen the tail on the donkey and many more fun things!

Harry woke up this morning wanting Pay Pay again!

Harry Birthday Two You

The "Birthday Elves" visited Harry this morning leaving behind a huge mess of glitter(Daddy was quick to clean it up)! They also left Harry some football pajamas; you can never have too many sets of football pjs! Harry also got a Plasma that the Birthday Elves got a very good deal on! It was supose to be from Santa but, the elves worked it out to give it to him early! HE LOVES IT!Harry celebrated with his friends at school. They were very excited to eat cupcakes! I had planned on bring football cupcakes but, the bakery I ordered them was to far to drive to since the weather was so bad; Frosty had to do! Thank goodness for Wal-Mart's bakery!
I have to give my idea for the banner from my friend Rachel Miller! She had one made for McCoy and I had to have one, I mean, Harry really wanted one!
I had so much fun making it, my friend Holly helped me sew the seams, she is amazing on the sewing machine! Chad and I can not express in words the love we have for this wild little 2 year old! He is fun, smart, and just plain sweet! I can not imagine life without Harry in it. It has been a very eventful 2 years! We love you Mr. Harry!

We love every silly, wild, funny thing you do! Everyone needs a little Harry in their life!

Trimmed in Gold

We had an accident today! I was in our bedroom painting and Harry was with Chad. I hear Harry getting a spankin' and if you know me well at all you know that I am not a huge fan of spanking (I rarely do it). Chad and I have agreed on the circumstances of spanking. I run into find out the reason and this is what I walked into! I had left some gold paint out on the counter and Harry knocked it over. Chad was so mad. This is not the first big mess Harry and I created that Chad did not approve of. I felt bad for Harry but, more so for Chad. This kind of stuff really bugs him. I of course laughed, why you ask....I don't know! I am pretty picky about the house being clean but, I am all for painting and making messes with toddlers. I know the days will come when Harry's curiosity will not be so innocent. The chalk table that I posted about earlier, is not something Chad is a fan of either. The paint is called "Liquid Metal", it is not easy to clean up. Harry is trying really hard the help clean up. He even started tickling Chad's feet while he was cleaning! I think Chad's anger has subsided! HAHA! You can see it all over the fridge well, the cabinets and counter tops camouflage it. Here is the ceiling(we have to repaint)! It doesn't help that our house is on the market!

Here is sweet Harry helping clean! This is way after the crying.

Here is the culprit! Harry and I blame this gold liquid metal! It does give the floor a nice shine!

A Week of Thanks

After a week of Thanks, Harry talks about only a few things constantly, those being Bobo, Coco, Mimi, Papa, football, and Elmo! Although football has been a big hit, Elmo has been introduced to Mr. Harry by his 3 girl cousins who are all obsessed with that little monster! I got on to Harry for messing with the Christmas tree yesterday and he said "Mimi?" Of course he thinks she will let him mess up the tree and when I say no, he went down the grandparent list! He called the Salvation Army guy ringing the bell Bobo, the guy looks nothing like Bobo and when I told him that he said "he bobo?" in other words "does he know BoBo?"! When he put on his cap he pointed and said "Papa?"! I replied "yes, Papa likes to wear hats too". When we were driving through the Sonic drive through a couple of days ago he yelled "Coco drink?"! This cousins are talked about constantly, Brooklyn was what he wanted for breakfast! This is a quick summary of our week, but here is the extended one!
On the Friday before Thanksgiving Harry spent the night with Brooklyn and then Brooklyn stayed with us! Chad and I had a great date with our friends Matt and Holly! The real fun started when Miss Brooklyn came to play! I will start off with how perfect she is! If she is tired she quietly sticks her thumb in her mouth and lays around! It is absolutely precious! She and Harry loved reading books, they play great together! Before bedtime they were eating their bananas and kicking the wall, too funny!

She she not just plain precious????

Here they are watching ELMO!

This is a picture before church, Harry was in no mood to get his picture made, but Brooklyn was sweet to give him a kiss.

I begged for Brooklyn to stay another night but, unfortunately we had to give her back on Monday morning! We can't wait for her to come back! We packed our bags on Wednesday and left for my Grandmother Georgia's house! She seriously lives in a ghost town and we had to take pictures of Harry in his John Wayne attire. Emily took pictures, I think that is why we don't have any of her!

These were taken in "down town" Poughkeepsie, which is less than a block from Grandmother's house.

Harry was very generous with his love towards Grandmother, I could not be more proud!

I made our Thanksgiving dinner! Well, Grandmother bossed me around and I made the ham, mashed potatoes, rolls, and sweet potato casserole. Chad's favorite was the gravy, grandmother got up to make that! Olivia and Caroline played great with Harry! Harry and Olivia are the more active ones, they are so funny together! Here they are eating their meal!

Usually it is Bobo giving Harry junk to eat, this time we caught Coco sharing her ice cream!

Bobo played football with Harry and let me tell you, they were out there FOREVER! I don't know who was having more fun!

Harry got lessons on technique from both his uncle and granddad!
Uncle "Paw" had to join in on the football fun! Caroline went along for the ride but, Olivia was right there in the middle of it, she is not afraid to tackle! I love this picture, notice Harry has the ball and he is off!
Looks like Daddy needs to stick to the court, he got knocked down quite a few times! They had a good time climbing on the wood pile, Grandmother's house is full of adventures!

I don't think they are watching Elmo here, if I had to guess it would be football!

Harry tried to tackle mommy but, unlike daddy, she can take him! This picture is in front of the old firehouse, I am telling you this place is a ghost town!

I love this picture because it is a good picture of him and his new favorite accessory, he loves his ball cap! I think he gets it from Papa!

This is our goodbye picture, we were leaving Grandmother's house and off to El Dorado! I am disappointed in the amount of pictures we have of El Dorado, there were great opportunities for pictures but, I just kept forgetting! Harry meets his new best friend, the loud singing dog from Mimi!
Harry plays with one of his other best friends, Papa! Papa is always up for playing with Harry, no matter how tired he is! I know Harry appreciates this because he is constantly teasing Papa!
The best story of the week was our little wrestler! Harry just started this pose that you see below when he is ready to wrestle. Harry made this face and stance at Mimi, pointed at her, and then pointed to the floor! In other words "you, me, wrestle, now"! I have never laughed so hard! Mimi was a trooper and got right down there with him!

Harry ran to Papa if he was getting chased!
This is the end of our Thanksgiving post! We are so thankful for our family and how we got to spend time with our favorite people on the planet. I feel so blessed to be related to people I enjoy so much! We are also thankful for our friends and how good our God takes care of us, we are no deserving!
The next 4 weeks are going to be crazy with Christmas parties, church activities, showers, family trips, birthday parties(one being Harrys) and family get togethers! I can't wait, this is my favorite way to roll, with lots of things to roll in! I need to remember how thankful I am when I am tired and overwhelmed!
