
I could go on forever on this post but, after being gone a week and a half...I will have to leave it at 100! I LOVE YOU DAD!
As for the other BEST DAD IN THE WORLD: Chad...we will be celebrating his Father's Day next week; he spent the whole day driving back from New Orleans!
1. He is kind.
2. He is compassionate.
3. He really feels sorry for me when I am sick.
4. He is smart....he knows EVERYTHING!
5. He loves my mom.
6. He is loyal.
7. He is honest.
8. He is always reading and when it is not the Bible, it is a book he can share with his kids at school.

9. He watches movies with me and will give me his honest opinion, it is fun finding movies he likes. We haven't found one that beats Hoosiers or Remember the Titans.
10. He almost always came back and talked to me after I got in deep trouble.
11. He is very generous.
12. He has always given to the poor. I can tell numerous stories of him taking people who have less than us under his wing.
13. He had one of the coolest jobs(I thought) as a coach. I have some of my fondest memories at his games!
14. He keeps no record of wrong.
15. He never showed one bit of anger after my numerous wrecks.
16. He is simple.
17. He took us on fun vacations; I don't remember one that did not revolve around sports.
18. He took his teams to the state tournament every year. This was a great thing because, we got to stay in a hotel that had a swimming pool, which is fun to every kid!
19. He never talks bad about anyone.
20. He appreciates nice things.
21. He took me shopping when I was a teen. It was probably to make sure my clothes were not too "showy" but, I knew going shopping with dad meant I got more clothes. The longer you take to pick out which outfits you want the quicker he is to just get them all and he took me to nice clothing stores.

22. He didn't care that I was awful at all sporting events.
23. He appreciated I was his biggest fan.
24. He is humble.
25. He would never admit he was good at anything.
26. He is interested in other people's jobs.
27. He is a good listener.
28. He answers his phone every time I call.
29. He is a Man of God.
30. He always puts his family first.
31. He has an unbelievable work ethic(workaholic).
32. He taught me to do my best at everything.
33. He taught me not to believe everything I hear.
34. He has very interesting stories to tell about his childhood.
35. He is modest.
36. He is organized; I definitely got any organization skills I have from him.
37. I have more respect for him than anyone.
38. He doesn't usually take sides; he looks at the situation from both points.
39. He treats my mom's mom like gold.
40. When he is funny, he is REALLY funny.

41. He adores Harry, when Harry is around, don't expect for him to pay any attention to you.
42. Harry loves him, he lets Harry do whatever he wants, this will get old quick, I am afraid.

43. He talks to Harry and says the sweetest things, it is almost like he is a different person, he is a teddy bear when he is with his grandkids.

44. He gives great advice.
45. He gave me incredibly high expectations for a husband, I had to find someone as wonderful as him. Although men this great don't come around very often, I am lucky enough to have two, in other words, I found Chad and he meets all of the expectations.
46. He gets excited when Chad, Harry and I come and visit them.
47. He always encourages me and reminds me to take time for family. "Take that extra trip to see your grandparents, even if it is the only weekend in the month you have to rest, you will never regret it and they will appreciate it more than you know."
48. He acts interested in all of my stories! He always makes me feel like my opinion and stories are important to him. He will let me know if they are dumb too!
49. He surprises me with random acts of generosity and kindness, it is cute!
50. He is a man of his word. If he says he is going to do something, he does it. If he says he isn't , he doesn't!
51. He is always there!
52. Even if you do something really awful, he doesn't hold it over your head.
53. He always tells me to do the right thing.
54. He is practical.
55. He puts everything into perspective.
56. I never get tired of being around him.
57. I have never heard anyone say anything bad about him.
58. He loves Chad.
59. He accepts people.
60. He is cool!
61. He can tell me how to fix anything or knows who I should call.
62. He taught me how to take care of my car.
63. He would always go get my gas, I hate pumping gas.
64. He coached me on every sport I tried: read the next few.
65. He would lay with me in the bed and show me the perfect for to shoot a basket and to practice in bed.
66. He constantly stood outside in the hot sun working on how to catch and hit a softball.
67. He would watch me do cheers and gymnastic and acted very interested.
68. He is the king of praise in everything I did.
69. He bought a pitching machine and batting cage for my brother when he was playing baseball, he would try to slow down the machine so that I could hit from it..I still couldn't.
70. He came to the hospital all the times when he knew he didn't have to share Harry, he was also the first one to start talking us into having kids and now talking us into having another one! We aren't anytime soon..by the way!
71. He has showed me the importance of excises...although I don't do it:)72. He has great taste in tennis shoes and will always buy them if I hint i need them.
73. His compliments are the best and most honest!74. Chad loves my dad, they get along so well.
75. He never made any of the boys that came over feel too comfortable!
76. He is not afraid to tell me I am getting in over my head.
78. If he tells me I can do something, I believe him and devote all my successes to him.
79. He taught me to not use credit cards.
80. He has a passion for education.
81. When he walked me down the isle he cried harder than me!
82. He thinks Harry is the cutest and smartest baby boy ever!83. He knows a little bit about everything!
84. He taught me the basics of most sports, I like to tell Chad I know more about baseball than him and I could coach a basketball team better than him! I know his is probably not true but at least I am confident.
85. He would rather you buy something for yourself than for him.
86. He gives great birthday and Christmas gifts!!
87. My grandmother Georgia loves him.
89. He came to my house to take care of me when I was sick.
90. Growing up going to sporting events 3 times every week you see a lot of coaches lose their temper on the court. Out of the hundreds of games he coached I did not see him lose his temper one time even when he had every reason too!
91. He would take me to parking lots and neighborhoods that didn't have houses in it yet and teach me to drive. I remember him constantly telling me to "gun it" I was a "grandma driver" at first.
92. My junior and senior year he would take me out to breakfast every Wednesday, just me and him. I loved those mornings.
93. There were never any reasons to miss church, it was an annoying rule in high school, but a great habit and lesson learned.
94. I wanted to be a counselor during the summers of college and I did not make hardly any money....like less than $100 a week. He encouraged me to keep doing that job and he would financially support me.
95. I wanted to go to Harding so bad, and he make sacrifices to give me the great opportunities I had there.
96. He taught me to ride my bike. I remember getting my pink banana seat bike when I was 5 years old. He would go with me down the street and right when I said I got it....I would FALL! I still have scars on my legs at all of my klutzy moments.
97. When my mom, sister and I get together; at some point the conversation will turn to how awesome he is.
98. He appreciates good food, a fine quality I appreciate as well!
99. He joins in with Chad on teasing me, it is all in good fun!
100. He will read this email and not believe any of it(that modesty trait), but, the part that he knows is I love and adore YOU DAD!!
