I have been off the blog train for a while! Last week was so rough on us because Harry was so much more fussy than normal. It really wore me out and blogging was the last thing on my mind when Chad got home. Harry is back to his old self with a few new tricks! We took a fun trip to Searcy this weekend to watch the Bison play their last home game and visit a few friends!

Notice she is still in her pajamas but her hair looks GREAT! This is who Harry was going to be named after if he was a girl!

Saturday morning we woke up for a trip to my Grandmother Georgia's house! She lives about an hour from Searcy and has not met the HARRY! She was so excited to meet him and I was so excited to see her. She is my closest family member next to my parents. I adore her more than anyone and have had a very special bond with her my whole life. She is the most remarkable women I have ever known. I could write about her for hours. I actually have written many papers on her for school. She is 88 and has the mind of a young women, she still remembers the days and hours she worked when she was in college at Harding working in the laundry. She told us about how George Benson went to her Daddy's farm to recruit her for school. She worked 6 hours a week that paid her tuition! She has the most amazing stories, I wish she would write a book. Her physical health is catching up with her, I know that it happens but, it is still hard to see someone you have always thought was your superhero get down. She was wild about Harry and Harry was wild about her(she sang that song to him)! We had a great visit and none of us wanted to leave! I hope Harry is able to get to know her and appreciate her enormous amount of love!

We stayed with Chad's Aunt Annie (Grann to Harry)! She is so nice to visit with. Harry was not lacking in hugs from his Grann. He loved playing on her floor and slept so good at her house. He thinks Grann should come visit him all the time. Grann was the first family member I met in Chad's family, she is so good at making people feel at ease, I always feel so comfortable when she is around. She and Chad have a special bond, he adores her and I have definitely learned why!

One of Harry's favorite parts was spending some QT with both of his aunts. My sister, Emily(left) and Chad's sister, Hannah(right) were able to play with Harry. Both of them are at Harding and involved with the same spring sing show. Emily and I are very close and she loves on Harry every chance she gets. She has really grown into a beautiful, sweet and caring girl! I am so lucky to have a hip sister who will let me know when my jeans are out of style! I love being able to spend time with her. Harry loves how proud she is of him! Hannah is the sister in law that every wife loves to have! She is so calm and collective in all situations and is such a trustworthy person, she is a breath of fresh air! She and Chad are a lot of like, it may be why I appreciate her so much. I have never met anyone as talented as her, she is extremely creative, beautiful, smart, can sing with the best of them, and from what I have learned knows how to shake her thing when it comes to dancing! She always makes the extra drive and time to come visit Baby Harry, he knows who loves him and Hannah will no doubt be on the top of his list!

Of course Chad's favorite part was going to the Bison basketball game, there was no doubt he wanted to throw on that jersey and get out there with the guys! As you can see Harry slept through the part of the game he was out. If you have not been able to attend a Harding Bison Basketball game, you are really missing out! They rock out more than an U of A basketball game. I wanted to post pictures of Harry with Chad's big awards that were hanging in the hallway but, my modest husband refused to let me! He was so embarrassed we were taking pictures in the first place. I know that he will appreciate it in 20 years! Chad has great memories of being out there and I know those games will be trips we will always look forward to taking! Chad sat with his best buds Darren and Jay, who played with him while they were at Harding. Those three played really well together and had so much fun doing it. Harry had a fun time getting to eat with them and hanging out with them at the game. Harry and I left to take cookies to the JGJ and KJK spring sing practice!

Harry got lots of attention at Emily and Hannah's spring sing practice, they were not afraid to show him off and get lots of pictures with him. Harry brought all the girls good luck charm cookies that he spent lots of time helping Mommy make! They have worked so hard to make it perfect and it looked so good and fun. Hannah has been working really hard as one of the directors and the show will for sure win! I was able to visit with one of the old sponsors from when there.

Some of my friends who live near Conway had some baby lambs! This is Lily and she is 3 weeks old. She wanted to give Harry a kiss! Please forgive the ugly travel outfit Harry is wearing. I wanted him to be comfortable because he wore pants the whole day before. I think I will be able to crop out the advertisement when I print them!

We all came home safe and sound and Harry has not lost track of his routine. He is actually sleeping better than before! We will be going back for Easter weekend and I am sure we will be able to get even better pictures with the azaleas and Lilly!
