I know we are all guilty of saying "never" and I may be the worst! I decided to post about a few of the "I nevers" in my life!!
"I will never color my hair and be fake," said at age 16 to my mom! No I love getting my hair highlighted and it is safe to say it is a different color every year! Doesn't look like I am going back to the undergrad mousey brown ever again.
" I will never wear any make up but Clinique" said in high school to " I will never wear anything but Mac.". Now I wear variety of different products!! I still live me some Mac but Urban Decay and Revlon Colorstay lipstick came into my life and I can't bare to part with them.
"I will never wear skinny jeans," stated not too long ago! Can you guess what the last two pair of jeans I bought were?
"I will never drive a minivan." stated before I had kids! Our next vehicle will be a van!
"I will never put my kids in Walmart clothes".
They have some goo stuff sometimes!! Great for monogramming!!
"I will never wear sweats". That was before I became a SAHM! I live in VS bootcut sweats, HT tee, Uggs, and NF jacket!
"I will never buy because of the brand". As you can see from the last "I never". I have become brand name loyal! Oh and make up is a must for name brand! I will note I am very name brand loyal to Great Value!! Oxymoron??
"I will never let my kids watch more than an hour of TV a day.". That went out the window when GK was born!! Actually way before her! Guilty guilty guilty
I am sure there are a zillion more!!

Quick Party
Well I left my camera at my parent's house and so another weekend of traveling is going to be pictureless. I know others take them but honestly how many times do they send you the ones you want? My control issues sneak through when it comes to depending on others for pictures. Grandmother's party was today and I took a few shots with my phone making it easy to post about it. We drove to cville last night and Harry loves his pillow from Grandmother. Georgia Kelley hasn't got to use hers yet bit it won't be long.

Since Chad had to do a little work in LR this morning I rode down with Mom, Em, and GK. We have been wanting to ride together since Thanksgiving but the logistics haven't worked out. We of course have a ton of fun. Here we are jamming to Pink and "raising our glasses"!! Obviously you know whose I have. Harry and Dad rode together. Harry was thrilled to have Bobo all to himself.

Aunt Roz is my aunt from Vegas who is a Child psychiatrist. She is the one we gave our dog to! I always ask her questions about kids.

Party for Grandmother at the fire station!! The big 92!! She is as sharp as ever. Not as many people could make it his year but we still got to see our aunts and old family friends.

Hopefully I will get more pics to post. These pictures are kind of lame.

We are in the road again!! As exhausting as it is, I am grateful for the opportunities to spend time with our darling grands.

Party in Poughkeepsie
I feel beyond grateful for the family in our life. Grateful sums up my Christmas this year!
I am not going to lie and say I am not extremely proud that Georgia Kelley is named after this woman! She is probably the most influential person in my life. I respect and love her so much and our memories together out weigh the distance apart. Georgia Kelley loved her...no surprise that she loved her too.
. You can ask Chad, I was giddy all the way to Grandmother's house! Tessa, Emily and I were texting the whole way there! It is my favorite night of the year and has been my whole life! The spirit of Christmas is full on this day! This is what is about to me. Of course it is all about Jesus but, when it comes to making memories and spending time with family...we got it down! Oh how I love these people!Aunt Joyce and Uncle Nick came in from CA this year! We were happy to let them be apart of our very special Christmas Eve traditions
The big kids taking reindeer food outside!
The girls had their coordinating pjs, and the boys had theirs!
Georgia Kelley was not happy she couldn't help spread the reindeer magic food.
We all piled in the little room to wait for Santa to come and bring us presents! Once we hear him (bells and paw steps on the roof) we can go into the living room and open!
We could hear him!
It really is unbelievable that you can hear Santa. Go here for the secret.
Santa left little gifts that we all LOVED! I was especially excited about all the ribbon Santa(my parents act as Santa on the eve of Christams) left for my Christmas tree! My Christmas tree is my favorite thing right now. Coco must know exactly what to tell Santa for me!
One happy gal!
Aunt Hannah's MIL found this cape for Harry and he has worn it everywhere, even to Poughkeepsie!
Uncle Nick and Dad went for a walk! Love these two! My Uncle Nick is the most gentle kind man! He is crazy smart too!
On Christmas morning we made our gingerbread houses! This year Santa brough two! Of course they get better looking every year!
I couldn't help but get more pics with Georgia and Georgia. Grandmother wrote notes in everyone's money cards this year. I think we all teared up a bit. I felt like it was a sign that this may be her last Christmas with us. Chad and I stayed an extra night just because. Her birthday party is this week and it will be so crazy we won't get much QT.
Family shot! I will say I was super grungy this Christmas. I am way too comfortable at Grandmother's house.
When we got home, Mom and Em called because they were getting their shop on and wanted me to join them! I, of course, couldn't resist! Love me some shopping with my girls!
I hope and believe everyone else had a wonderful Christmas with family!

Christmas with the Wares
We joined the Wares for a wonderful Christmas Brunch! It was of course full of Christmas cheer! We stayed the night before and it was actually fun considering we only
live 30 minutes away! It was totally worth it to wake up and jump in the jolly celebration of Christmas with family. Mallory and Georgia Kelley love playing with the Papa's Ipad!
Grandmother=Super Sweet
Prayer before the meal. This is how the Wares pray before every family meal.
Gift opening time! Woot WOOT!
Hannah and Tyler got Harry two marshmallows guns and Mallory LOVED the ammo.
Harry and his tradition of getting matching caps!
One of my favorite things is the story swap Sandy orchestrates each year. She has boxes with either money, this year was gift cards and she does the "lefty/righty" story. I got a Best Buy gift card that I switched with Tyler for a Target one. Chad got Market Place and Harry got Olive Garden! I am pretty sure we were all excited about our gifts! Harry racked up and I will do a follow up post of Harry and Georgia Kelley with their new trampoline from Mimi and Papa! We had a very blessed Christmas Eve with the Wares and it's not over! We will be meeting up with them at Memaw's Friday for more holiday cheer! We are not taking our Christmas decor down...it needs to last as long as possible!

Polar Express on the Eve of Christmas Eve
Chad's parents took the clan to ride the Polar Express in Springdale! It was so fun and all the kids dressed in the same pajamas that Mimi had picked out. We met the Wares before we went to the station. I took a few pics of my two before we left. That Harry!
We met at the station and waited to "All ABOARD"
I couldn't get Mallory to look at me...
Here is the conductor and he played his part perfectly!
Here are our hosts! Love those four!
I found this red nose that glowed and we have had so much fun with it that I decided to bring it along! The trip ended up being a few hours so, it helped pass the time on those later hours.
The kids got their tickets punched! Harry's said "dream" and Brooklyn's said "sweet". At least we pretended.
They spotted Santa.
So Georgia Kelley LOVES her Papa! She can say "Papa" and this is how she gives kisses! He is pretty special to her!
Now I know I am bias but, I think she is just the most gorgeous little thing! I am sounding a bit repetitive...I just love looking at her even with a red nose!
How cute are these! So sweet! Don't you love how Mimi matched her grands!
It was a blast experiencing the Polar Express! I think I was the only one of the adults who had never road on a train. I guess I am the only one who has never been to Europe...guess that is why? I had been to the ones at amusement parks but, they did not compare to this! Great memories made on this trip!
