Double Grand

Last weekend Harry and I decided to go with Dad to grandmother's house. Since Chad is busy with work Harry and I traveled to Clarksville. Our first visit was with Grandmother and Granddad Dean! We had a great time visiting with them. Grandmother and I can talk forever! As you see she is making a quilt; I can't remember ever going to her house when she was in in the middle of a quilt! We will get to play with all of the Dean cousins on Easter!Saturday morning loaded up dad's car and drove to Searcy, picked up Emi and then we were off to Poughkeepsie! We were very lucky because Caroline and Olivia came with there parents! I can not stress enough how much Harry loves his cousins! It was so easy watching them because, they played so well together...those girls can handle Harry! They played under grandmother's dining room table!Caroline may be the cutest little thing ever! They played in hiding spots and shared goldfish with each other. Olivia was great at handling all the fights and any nonsharing that was going on!They played telephone and asked mommy not to listen in!They got into chocolate tort when no one was looking! I can't blame them...I did too! Actually, Tessa and I had it for breakfast! They played with farm animals in the tub! They cuddled together!
They watched movies together.
They shared Bobo together.
They shared Paul; Harry has this obsession with Uncle Paul!
They wrestled with Bobo together. Although, you can see in these pictures someone always feels left out... Caroline is in the back of Harry's shoe crying for Bobo to pick her up!
Olivia is angry she is not on Bobo's back.
Harry is very upset that he is not getting Bobo to himself!

You can't pay for entertainment like this! It was a great and well needed trip. Of course I ate like it was a holiday! I was not proud at how I inhaled food. Dad gave Emily and I free rains over the ice cream isle at Wal-Mart and I stuffed my face at some favorite hot spots on our way there and back! We sure did miss Chad and Coco...I doubt they miss out on a trip like that again!

Baby News

I think most people who check this blog know and if you haven't noticed the little guy/gal on the side then surprise we are having another baby! This baby is due on October 12th. I have always wanted a fall baby and so we are excited about this one gracing our presence in October. We will know if it(don't you hate calling it...it?) is in May. I have an intuition but, you never ever know how accurate that is. Chad thought Harry was a going to be a girl and I knew he would be a boy. This time Chad and I have the same feeling. We will be open arms with the same love and joy whether it is a boy or girl! I don't know what else to say but, we are just plum excited! We will be saying goodbye to Peace Love and Harryness....what will my blog be called?

A Day with Animals!

Now this is a fun crew! How can you not have fun with these little guys? We had a blast at the Gentry Safari Zoo. I think this is better than going to the zoo because, you get to touch so many animals....almost all of them! Harry was in heaven with some of his favorite friends and Brooklyn came too and that is always a bonus! The best part is feeding the animals and Harry was all about it! I didn't get many pictures of the exotic animals (since we were in the car I had a few kids in my lap)!

The little animal in here; a goat I think; obviously did not want to play....Harry would have crawled in if I would have let him!

Brooklyn was cold and can I say that Harry was so proud that she wore his jacket. Harry was proud to have her come with us period.

Harry rode a water buffalo(I think this buffalo was depressed...notice his head is down).
Brooklyn loved the animals(except the emus) but, she wanted them all a good yard away from her. The only exception was this little snake...her mother is cringing at the thought! This snake was probably the only animal that someone was holding that didn't move...maybe that is why she liked it...well that would rule out the turtle too..hmm...

This little piggy got a little too close!

I can't wait to go again; maybe next time we will pick a day without so much wind!

Our Weekend Visitors

Harrison and Lindsey came to spend the night on Friday! This is the biggest deal to Harry! HE LOVES THESE TWO! We worked out a deal with their parents. We watched their kids on Friday and Harry stayed with them on Saturday! The worst part of this is that we don't get to hang out with their parents! We had a wedding to go to but, we ended up skipping the reception so we could have some alone time...so sweet!
Harrison is Harry's hero...seriously! Harry and Lindsey love each other but, can hate each other at the same time....most of the time they love! Chad and I are crazy about these kids! Chad did NOT like me taking this picture but, you have to know he says he would like another boy for Harry to have a brother but, I know he would melt with a girl! Lindsey has the sweetest voice ever...she can melt your heart!
They had a great time making big messes and getting donuts in the morning! Harry walked into church with them on Sunday and wanted nothing to do with us! Needless to say... they all had a good time!

Celebrating the Luck of the Irish

I love my little town! It is such a neat place to live in! The first Friday of every month from March-November our town has a celebration on the square. This first Friday was celebrating Saint Patrick's Day. Of course, I was the only mom who forgot to dress her baby up in green...this will not be the first time, I am sure! Harry loved the bag pipes! He kept saying "Again, Again"! They also had dog parades and there were tons of pets...Harry LOVED them! They sold authentic Irish food and had balloon animals, craft house..etc...
Harry had so much fun; we did too! I am sad we are missing April's first Friday but, we plan on being at Mays!

Gee'tar Baby

What do you think of when you see this picture? When Harry looked at this picture he thought of "Daddy Geetar"! I had no clue what he was talking about but, he ran out of the room and came back with Daddy's guitar!
He played the guitar and it was beautiful music. Harry LOVES Chad's guitar!
He hasn't learned the basics yet...
Harry was annoyed with me taking pictures but, I didn't stop. He took the situation into his own hands, "No pictues Mommy!"I guess he wasn't ready for to show off his Jimmy Hendrix skills yet!

Keeping on Track

One neat thing about being a mommy of a boy is you go places you would never otherwise; like a model train show at the Clarion Hotel! Harry and I ventured out this morning to see a plethora of model trains and it was a site to see! This is the time of year Chad has to work on Saturdays; Harry and I get our own little dates! It was so fun watching his reaction, he was mesmerized by them all! He probably could have stared at them all day but, since his mom has a very little attention span for these kind of things we cut it down to an hour...poor Harry! The picture below is my favorite, this was his main expression. He is waiting for the train to come through the tunnel!
He received a certificate for being the train engineer! he loved this part!
He always wanted to go back to this train! The old man standing in the background told Harry over a dozen times, "don't touch, just look!" Harry didn't even try to touch that thing...I wonder how many times that man says that all day...he probably says it in his sleep!

Kaleb Comes to Visit

Talk about a big treat! Kaleb brought his parents to visit this weekend! Harry was obsessed with Kaleb! He wanted to hold Kaleb, show him his toys and even take a bath with him! Kaleb is beyond precious.....I could have held him all night(Harry could have too)!

Harry also loved Brian, although I didn't get any pictures of them playing! I have decided that Brian is one of my favorite people too! Katie and I have always hit it off and I have always loved Brian, but the more I know him the more I appreciate him!
It was a very sweet trip, we love our Fowler family! Kaleb, next time you come we will let you eat ice cream....not just tease you with it!
