Ezekial 16:44 "...will quote this about you..."

'Everyone who quotes proverbs will quote this proverb about you: "Like mother, like daughter." Ezekial 16:44
I love this quote because it is so me and my mom!  I love it!  I had the best Mother's Day! Chad did a great job of making me feel very special and so did Harry!  Georgia Kelley didn't get the memo!  I really wanted to get a good pic of the kids before church since we missed them with their Easter outfits and I just wanted a good one...no real reason! It did not go my way because Georgia Kelley wans't having it! Any where the lighting was good...she would not stay!  When asked for a pic of the kids with me....she ran off...see the pic below!
Here is a real genuine smile...
Harry went straight to being sweet mode and of course Georgia Kelley...not in the mood!

Could this be part of the verse? Am I this stubborn?

Oh...but she sure does love her daddy!
What a sweet boy I have! I just love him to pieces...being my kids mom is the best gift ever!
My mom and sister met us for a fantastic service at church and we headed to the Wares for a lunch to celebrate Grandma's birthday and Mother's Day!

Once again...my kids are not interested!
We all jumped in to help get lunch rolling!  It was superb as always! Big Harry can get his cook on!

Sandy got a Rick's cake!  It was an indulgence! Yes, I broke my cleanse for this!

I must say my favorite treat was getting to shop with my mom and sister! Emily is moving in a couple of weeks and I know these days together are short! We had the best time! I didn't want it to end! Emily got me stocked up for summer with new gear!  She is a great stylist!  Being with my mom was the best too!  Oh how we laugh!  They left after eight for a pretty good drive home! I am eager for them to come back!  I am so blessed by them! I know Georgia Kelley will fit right into our beloved bond!

Grands for Great

The Ware babies got together for a rare playdate! It is so hard to get schedules together but, we made it happen and everyone was so happy!  We started with the park! Mallory Kate and Georgia Kelley (9weeks apart) love each other and do a good job of mimicing one another!

It is no secret the love Harry and Brooklyn have for each other!  They are like bread and butter!

We had lunch at Grandma's home to celebrate her birthday!  Georgia Kelley was good at greeting!
 Happy Birthday Grandma!

The kids made sure everyone got a chocolate with their cake!

We had a blast and can't wait to celebrate again on Mother's day!

Bubbly, Silly, and of Course Pretty

How much fun are bubbles?

I rarely take pics of the kids just playing at the house, so I decided to make that a go the other day! Here is what I got! They loved the camera being out!  Harry lives in this soccer uniform I got in Mexico! I so want to throw it and a zillion other outfits of his away! He only wants sport shorts and t-shirts!

Georgia Kelley LOVES her toes being painted! I mean it is a weekly gig!  She lets me know when she needs them done! She sits very still and lets me paint them and then Chad blows them dry if he is home! Otherwise, I get that task! She loves every part of it!  So funny!  She likes to be told how pretty she is!  She likes Harry and Chad to say it most!  Such a girl! Oh and she likes her pearly whites shined too!

Weekend Getaway

Chad and I had the best time last week on our little anniversary getaway!  It has been a very busy winter for us and having some reconnect time was a huge blessing!  Chad's parents offered to take our kids and encouraged us to get a cabin in Eureka! It only being 40 minutes away it was a easy choice!  We started with lunch on Friday in Rogers at new pizza place! It may be my new favorite pizza place! It was called A-Rail Pizza! We also got groceries for Saturday but, we ended up eating leftovers and going out again! We totally wasted fish and didn't even touch the steaks!  Oh well!  It was fun!
We went to one of our favorite restaurants in Eureka called Emilios!  Their food is Italian perfection!
The give you roasted garlic, butter, and bread....it is soo... wonderful!
Our picture there is below...I can't move pics on here!  Anyway, we spent Saturday just hanging out talking on the dock and reading! Chad was reading a book I had already read and so I decided to do a little yoga on our deck!  Chad snuck a pic...I ended up having him do a bunch of pics to check my form...it is not like the instructor....I can tell you that!
Although we planned to cookout Chad decided he wanted to eat at Horizon! Another amazing restaurant we went to the night of our wedding! Since we got married while I was teaching I didn't get a long vacay until summer! We spent some time in Eureka then that summer went somewhere farther!  I have love for Eureka! We always seem to have a lot of time to just reconnect and talk!
A dessert we talked about the rest of the night!
That morning we went to Local Flavor for breakfast! We thought the kids would be at church but, come ot find out the Wares got sick!   We had been taking our time to get back and they had been taking care of two active kids and were sick!  Local Flavor was superb!  The Ware's suggested it and boy were they right! This food was yummo!

We just had a ball! We both were like "man we love each other"!  I don't think either of us realized how busy we had gotten and spending a few days slowing down and hanging out was perfect! It reminded me of how much I enjoy him!  I am grateful for marrying Mr. Right!

We both started the Isogenix 11 day cleanse Monday morning! I got a sneak peak of the shakes Sunday night!  I am eager to see the results!  We are in the middle of it now!  This picture isn't flattering but, it makes me laugh....a start to the new us!
