Summer Nights; Can't Beat Em'

Saturday night we spent a few hours with our dear friends; I was able to get a few pictures to capture the memories!
Katie, Rachel, Kasey, and MeChad and McCoy
Brian, Katie, Kasey, and Jordan

Harry thought Rachel needed to see the dogs(that is what he is pointing to)! Harry thought McCoy needed to be pushed on the swing!
Harry also thought he needed to help Kirk cook the burgers!
Harry thought he needed to help mow the lawn.
Harry thought Jordan needed a friend to play with!

A Day Late of Harryisms

This is our Harry! He just turned 19 months and I thought I would get a 18 month post up but, that did not happen as quickly as I would have liked! I am determined to get his 18 month pictures taken before I go back to school. Here is a Harry update.
Harry is a very happy strong-willed child. To clarify that statement, when he is getting his way he is happy, when he is not getting his way it can turn into huge control battles. I am trying not to speak negative of him because I know that words can hold future truths but, the kid knows what he wants! Here is Harry with his favorite snack(or at least a half way healthy one)! RED PEPPERS AND HUMMUS!
Harry is always ready to read a book! I was so worried before at the though of him not loving books! As you can see in the picture he found a comfy spot and is doing some sustained silent reading!
To be honest, if I could tell you how Harry is most of the time, it would be this picture right here! He is not laughing 24/7 but, he loves to be on the go. I love that about Harry! He really is a fun cool kid! I know I am partial but, he is always ready to have a good time!

A Whale of a Good Time

The Ware Reunion was this weekend in El Dorado! This was my 3rd time to attend, every 2 years the family gets together for good food and visiting, my favorite part is when we are just with the immediate Harry Ware family! Here is a post from 2 years ago.Brooklyn was so much fun and so well behaved. This is a very rare picture of her just in a diaper, she forgot her swimsuit! This is the whale I was referring to in the title, I just couldn't pass up a play on words! The stage at church is where the party is at! Harry seems to have the most fun in places he should not be at! I wonder where he gets his rebellious gene? The Ware's are full of tradition when it comes to trips to Memaw's house! Taking pictures after church is a big one! A few others are playing games, chocolate pie, lots of food, catfish, and naps or just relaxing. I recall last year being a bit more tamed than this one. Tyler came with us on this trip and we loved having him around. Harry is crazy about him!
A cheesy family photo!
Outfit courtesy of Lauren; it fits perfectly!
" check out these guns"

We did not get a good picture of Grann (Annie), she is a very important part of the Ware family and a lot of fun too! She was the first person I met when I was introduced to the Ware family! When someone emails me one, I will be sure to post it!
Looks like Brooklyn is done with the photo shoot!

Final Part III

Kimberly P is one of my favorite blogging buddies whom I do not know! I have always adored her words and her relate ability! She is so down to earth and just plain precious! Creighton is the coolest little boy! He is very laid back and so stinkin' sweet! The Polnick family watched the boys while we got some adult time! It was a treat! Creighton's family rocks! Kimberly also treated us to lunch! She has to put her recipes on her blog! The tea was my favorite and the pasta and the salad and the cake...haha!

Benjie (Creighton's dad) played with the boys in the backyard and as you can see they loved it! What a wonderful family! Kimberly took this picture, too sweet!

Friendly Part II

We loved our visit with the Satterfield family! We had the best most relaxing time with our friends Josh, Lauren, and James. The boys were perfect for each other, they ran and played the entire time! Harry played so hard, he would get hurt and not even acknowledge it because he was having so much fun. His legs are field with bruises! James is so much fun! He has an incredible sense of humor, I wonder where he gets it??

We went to Lauren's sister's neighborhood 4th party! It was hot, but the boys had a good time!
We spent the rest of the day cooking out and get a lot of quality time in! The boys once again played so hard! They did really well together!

Harry came home much more independent, James taught him a few things! He can now get his own meal out of the fridge!Chad a good time with Josh too! They played golf and had a lot to talk about!Lauren is one of my most favorite people on the planet! I know this sounds cliche but she is so easy to be around, the visit went by so fast! Thank you Satterfields for making us feel so welcomed! We had a good time, the 2 trips to Ninfa's made it even better!

A Story in 3 Parts Fishy Part I

We started at the Dallas World Aquarium! Harry loves Aunt Karen and Uncle Dale and they came up to see him! Having them there made the visit double the fun. This place was amazing!

This is the only family picture we could get!

This octupus amazed me!

A Family Tradition

It was the annual Hullet reunion! I wrote about it last year but, it really is neat to attend a church that is all of your family in a building your great grands built! Harry was loving every second of the trip!

Harrry is on sugar detox once again! If you haven't caught on, anytime Harry is with Bobo he gets overloaded with sugar! Strawberry shortcake was his dinner of choice this weekend!

detox once again,
