The shower was so special, they gave me tons of advice I had not heard before and prepared me more so for the after birth and bringing home baby! They are all moms with kids under 5 who opened my eyes to not only raising boys but, keeping those 3 weeks of chaos after baby comes home much easier! They are truly a blessing to us! I left the shower thinking....why hasn't anyone told me that! I also left with very special gifts that I AM DYING TO USE! I have all of the needs and wants for a baby, now I just WANT AND NEED the baby! I feel so blessed to have so many friends who are great moms that are so willing to show my family so much love.
Although the highlight was celebrating Baby Harry we also had a great time at my school Christmas party and the church preschool party! Christmas is a great time to have a baby because, I am not constantly consumed with the thought that he may be coming any minute!

How wonderful! It's so nice to have a support group of mothers, because we need it now more than ever! You look adorable! Just try not to think TOO much that he could come any second (even though it's normal and hard not to), because that's part of what makes the last two weeks so hard. Think that he'll be a week late. That's what kept me sane! Also enoy the attention, because it's going to be all about Harry from the moment he's born on! I love you and baby Harry so much!!

It is just around the corner now! I know you are getting excited, nervous, ready...the list could go on and on...basically every emotion in the book!
Sounds like you are going to have a fabulous support system of friends with young kids -- those people will be lifesavers -- my friends like that help me raise Sam & Seth every day!

Holy cow....you have had more showers than anyone I know! You are so blessed to be in so many different groups that care about you, Chad, and Harry! If you want Harry to come early....PRAY. That is what I did with Thomas. In fact I prayed that my water would break so I wouldn't have to be induced and sure enough God answered that prayer the night before I was suppose to be induced. Prayer really works:)
