Happy Harry with Family
This was 4th year for us to spend a day in May at Mark and Krista's house! This year was more fun than ever, because Harry was in full "go" mode! As soon as the okay came for the kids to get on the water slides Harry was smiling! I don't know if I have ever seen Harry this happy for this long! Chad was happy too! He got to spend an entire morning golfing with Dad and his brothers!

Harry kept saying, "Come on Bobo" to my uncle Matt! Bobo kept himself out of the sun in the garage! Harry was disappointed he wouldn't go down the slide with him!
He and Caroline were two peas in a pod! They were feeding off of each other!
My Little Man in a Tux
Harry got the honor of being the ring bearer in a family friend's wedding! He was not the most poised ring bearer. As you can see in this picture he is miserable. He kept saying, "I am stuck!"
It did make things a lot easier that Brooklyn was the flower girl! She definitely knew her roll!
When it came game time he performed! WOOO HOO!

Memorial Day
It seems like the only things I post about are specific events. I decided to do a post on something we do all the time! We hang out with this family all the time.
Harrison is pretty much our babysitter when we are over at the Hick's house! Lindsey and Harry are crazy about each other! They have really grown to be good friends!
This was Memorial Day and they grilled up the best shrimp and chicken EVER! We always enjoy our visits with this family!

On My Mind
Georgia is on my mind and in my belly! We are having a girl and we are absolutely thrilled! We are going to call her Georgia Kelley! Georgia is my grandmother's name and Kelley is my mom's name. I can't think of two women who I admire and love more than them! They are by far the biggest influences I have had in my life and I am ecstatic to call my little girl Georgia Kelley!
Harry is MY boy, but there is nothing like the feeling of giving birth to your life long best friend! I hope she will understand and see one day that I will do anything for her just like the two women will for me who she is named after!
Chad and I are both just grinning ear to ear to official know she is a she. When we went to our 13 week ultrasound they told us they thought it was a girl, but we didn't put stock in it...except for a little Juicy, Lily, and Gymboree!! My only problem is now that I am not working I can't spend the money on her gear like I did for Harry!
Speaking of Harry, you should hear him say "Georgia Kelley is my sister"! It is priceless!
I can not praise God enough for giving me a little girl...I seriously thought I would be going on action packed vacations the rest of my life! At least now I will have a shopping buddy to get me through them!

Proud Parent
I have learned that there are no joys like the joy of being a proud parent. Harry brings pride to my life all the time even when he is throwing a fit, not sharing, mad at the world because he didn't get the right sippy cup...you get the gist!
I am crazy about this child just like every other parent. I was proud when he showed off his first smile, sang "Jesus Loves Me", told me he loved me, gave me kisses etc..
Saturday marks one of my most proud moments as a novice parent! Chad, Harry, and I went to Barnes and Noble with some friends and their children on Saturday night. While we were there we ran into two other families that we are friends with and they both have two year olds as well! Harry was having a blast at the train table with all of his buddies! A child walked to the table and was a bit intimidated by the fellowshop that was going on with Harry! Harry took a train, handed it to the child and pointed to the table, motioning for him to join in the fun with the train set.
Harry obviously did not want that little boy to feel left out....I wonder who he got that quality from! I have an obsession with not wanting people to feel left out...that is how all of our get togethers get so big!
He may not share, but he knows how to make a kid feel special!
I am swelled up with pride!
The more I thought about it the more I realized that he has said he loves Jesus, Jesus loves him, and prays all the time, but the action of showing love is what really matters...right? Talk is cheap and I am hopeful he can build on this lesson and keep showing love!

Peaks of the Few Weeks...Lots of Catching Up
This is our Harry a majority of the time! Needless to say catching him is becoming a lot harder! The bigger I get the faster he gets!
We have finally come to grips that our child is one of those kids who is always on the go....very high energy! He ran out of bible class to day yelling "Mommy, I want a SNACK!".....I was mortified! He definitely has his flaws!
I love this picture because it represents him so well! He loves wearing "papa hats" and usually will only smile for the camera if he can run right after! I was attempting to get a picture for party invitations! This was at 8:30 am too!
He is really into yelling and laughing really loudly. Chad tells me I encourage it....hmm...
Running around without any clothes on and just a hat is one of his ways of relaxing! I never thought I would let my child pee outside, but it works!
For the last two weeks Harry has had two of his favorite girls spend the night! Brooklyn came and stayed last Friday and of course she was a joy as always!

Lindsey stayed with us the Friday before and she and Harry had so much fun! Her baby brother is only two weeks old! Lindsey and Harry get a lot of time with each other...Harry minds her better than he does me!
On a note without pictures Chad and I had a great anniversary weekend! Harry spent the entire weekend with Bobo and Coco and although we missed him it was time we needed! We were able to go out both nights and had a great day of relaxation!
We have had a weeks and weekend packed full of activity, right when we think we have a night of nothing I end up finding something we need or can do! This weekend was no exception and we loved it! Chad made today a very special day for me! I can't help but think of the mom's who this is not a special day for. I am praying for those moms who are not feeling the happiness of Mother's Day.
