Happy Campers

This was a weekend of a huge milestone for the Warehouse. Friday night Chad, Harry, and I went to Grandbo's and Bella's (my parent's house) where Harry was going to be spending the next day and night while Chad and I went out for a day of relaxation with some of our good friends. Bella pulled out all the stops for Harry! Their house was an indoor playground. As you can tell from the pictures the zebra was a hit! Chad and I can't get over how much he laughs at her, I think with her high energy, magnetic love for him and resemblance to me, he can't help but get tickled. They were so excited about having Harry and that made us feel much easier about leaving him on Saturday morning. Mimi and Papa will be getting their turn next time!

Chad and I went with Brian and Katie for a quick camping trip. We spent the entire Saturday relaxing while floating the Buffalo River. We had fun with puns...Chad Paddled Amanda; Rolling on the River! I am amazed at how beautiful The Natural State really is, if you just stop to look! I absolutely LOVED floating the river, hanging out and grilling out and spending time with friends. That leads me to trying to sleep in a tent part. Let's just say, I think I would label myself a Day Camper. Although if I were going camping and enjoying the good ole' outdoors with anyone it would be Brian! He is knowledgeable and equipped EVERYTHING to truly make the campers happy. Thanks Brian and Katie for sharing all of your stuff and hanging out with us on such a great weekend. Katie snapped lots more photos than I did so check her blog on Monday I 'cause I know you want to see more of us in the woods!

Chad and I left early Sunday morning to meet my parents, Harry, Grandmother Georgia and the rest of the family for the Annual Hullet Reunion located in Flatwoods (the real wilderness). I mentioned it last year but, it is always a joy to visit where my relatives were raised. We start our reunion with a church service in this old church housebuilt in the 18th century. It still has a big wood stove in the middle. AND, it was so hot it felt like there was a fire roaring. My great grandfather and his brothers built it so we all love it and my uncle James proudly works at keeping it "renovated" including its original outhouse.

As most know, I have a super special relationship with my Grandmother Georgia and Harry picked up on the love vibes! He couldn't take his eyes off her. I have never seen him interact with anyone like he does with her, he has a constant smile on his face when she is playing with him. He kept reaching for her during the church service which made her day.

We quickly snapped some sweet shots of Harry with his cousins, Olivia and Caroline! The love each other. Harry and Caroline really like checking each other out. I think they will really close when they are older. Oh! And congrats to Uncle Paul on his new coaching job!

Olivia is selective with whom she allows to touch her. You can see here thatChad has the special touch!

The entire Dean Team together and still for a shot! Hey, thanks to Shutterbug Jordan(Emily's BFF) who organized the photo shoot. :()
