You Don't Shop at Sams????

Chad and I have this odd love for Sam's Club and I feel the need to share why and the "secrets" that I have found no one else knows! We live near the Sam's home office so I feel like I know a bit more about how the work than the average customer. I feel the need to enlighten others with my little bit of knowledge.
1. Fresh Produce!  They don't just put any produce on their shelves.  Wal-Mart will put any produce to fill space.  Sam's only puts the best produce out and if does not meet standards than they do not put it out.  This is because they want the best for restaurants who shop there. A lot of them are organic and cost the same as the nonorganic at Wal-Mart. I buy strawberries and asparagus there weekly and they take forever to get bad!  Last week I had to create a dinner for a family and I bought strawberries at Wal-Mart because I was in a hurry.  They were not good! I added sweetener and apologized! I was serving them the same day I bought them!  Sam's strawberries are NEVER like that!  Their produce is the best!  I bought sweet potatoes there this week and they were grown in Wynne, AR!  I was so excited!  If you don't buy anything else at Sams, buy the produce!  I do love the farmer's market but, you can't get as many choices as Sams.

 2. Their meat is also Grade A!  They serve the same meat as the local butcher here in our town!  It is Grade A and they will shave the fat if you wish.  I buy in bulk and use my Food Saver to split the meat up in my freezer!

 3. The deals!  You can get great things so much cheaper at Sams! I love these Clif bars for kids! They are 50% cheaper than Wal-Mart! The diapers are my new favorites as well!  I buy a lot of generic but, I like some luxury items!  I like the "good" bread with my sandwiches! I can get it 25% cheaper than Wal-Mart! We use Members Mark too!

 4. Oh! I love some Taste and Tips! It sounds so cheap but, I get to taste foods I wouldn't ordinarily buy!  Love love love these! 

5. Snack Shop! This family LOVES their pretzel and drinks!  For 2$ I get a pretzel to share with Harry and Georgia Kelley and a large Diet Coke!  LOVE IT!  Now, I am thinking it isn't too healthy but, they have salads there too! We love that snack shop!

I just have to share the love! I haven't even gone into all the other great things they sell that we love! I love my weekly trips to Sams!  Oh, and a friend who sells memberships at the corporate level  told me that if you just bought milk at Sams you would make up your membership fee!  That little 35$ fee stings once a year but, it is worth it!
